Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook onion and carrots until softened, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and crushed red pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil.
- Add orzo and cook until al dente, about 6 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, spinach, cream, lemon juice, salt, and dill, simmering until heated through.
- Ladle into bowls and serve.
