Dry Ingredients

  • ¾ cups zero calorie sweetener
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice, and mix well.
