Keto Blueberry Lemon Bread

Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, pulse the almond flour, egg white protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- 2. Pulse in the eggs, lemon zest, and stevia until the batter is very smooth.
- 3. Stir in the blueberries by hand.
- 4. Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf dish.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
- 6. Cool for 2 hours, then remove from the pan and serve.
