Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan completely before slicing.
