Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons neutral flavored oil
  • 1 cup water

Fruits

  • ¾ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add the vinegar, vanilla extract, oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, checking with a skewer for doneness.
  7. Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
