Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Add the vinegar, vanilla extract, oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, checking with a skewer for doneness.
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
