Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- Add the wet ingredients: mashed bananas, melted butter, vanilla extract, milk, and apple cider vinegar, and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with extra blueberries if desired.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
