Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together almond butter, almond milk, applesauce, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve optionally with coconut milk vanilla ice cream.
