Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, almond milk, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Add flour, almond meal, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture and fold until combined.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden-brown and dry to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack before cutting into squares.
