Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg and coconut sugar until combined.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla to the wet mixture and stir.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks and pour the mixture into the greased pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
