Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, eggs, and almond milk.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- 4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
- 6. Transfer the batter to a greased 8x9 baking dish.
- 7. Bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8. Allow the blondies to cool before cutting into squares.
