Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, eggs, and almond milk.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
  6. 6. Transfer the batter to a greased 8x9 baking dish.
