Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- 3. In a stand mixer, mix the eggs, maple syrup, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- 5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 6. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan.
- 7. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 8. Cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
