Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8-inch x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined, aiming for a consistency a little thinner than cookie dough.
- Transfer the batter to the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 16-19 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 20 minutes, then sprinkle with sea salt if desired and slice into squares.
