Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk Blondies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the dish first.
- 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
- 4. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until incorporated.
- 5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just incorporated.
- 6. Add the chocolate chunks or chips to the batter and mix.
- 7. Transfer the dough to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- 8. Optionally, sprinkle extra chocolate on top.
- 9. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
