Almond Butter Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, cacao powder, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir until the batter is thick and uniform.
- Grease an 8-inch square dish and line it with parchment paper.
- Spread the brownie batter into the bottom of the pan, pressing it firmly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press them in if desired.
- Bake for 20 minutes, erring on the side of under-baking for a fudgy middle.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled from the fridge.
