Almond Flour Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt, and whisk well.
- Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and fold the rest into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and press it evenly into the bottom.
- Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the edges look dry and the center doesn't jiggle too much.
- Let the brownies cool for at least 1 hour before slicing into 16 squares.
