Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large bananas
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 unit egg
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
  3. Add almond butter, egg, almond flour, cacao powder, and baking soda to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until fragrant and set through. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
