Brownies with Almond Flour

Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, pulse together almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- 2. Pulse in dark chocolate until the texture resembles coarse sand.
- 3. Pulse in dates until the mixture is similar to coarse sand.
- 4. Add eggs, coconut oil, and stevia, then blend until smooth.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish and smooth with a rubber spatula.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes.
- 7. Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.
