Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 ounces 100% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 7 dates dates (remove pits)
  • ½ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla stevia

Instructions

  1. 1. In a food processor, pulse together almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. 2. Pulse in dark chocolate until the texture resembles coarse sand.
  3. 3. Pulse in dates until the mixture is similar to coarse sand.
  4. 4. Add eggs, coconut oil, and stevia, then blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish and smooth with a rubber spatula.
  6. 6. Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes.
  7. 7. Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.
