Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with coconut oil.
- Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, dates, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add one egg and pulse to blend, then repeat with the second egg. Stir in chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set, checking with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
