Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a bread pan with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate chips until there are no lumps.
- Add the egg, almond butter, maple syrup, and almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil until the batter is thick and fudgy.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared bread pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt, then let cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
