Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate baking bar
  • ½ cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • tbsp butter
  • cup chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • a dash salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate bar in a bowl in the microwave for 40-50 seconds.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl, then add the melted chocolate and butter.
  6. Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and whisk until blended.
  8. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased brownie pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
