Strawberry Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with 8 liner cups.
- Melt half of the chocolate chips with 1 tb of coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon about 1 tb of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner cup and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and add ½-1 teaspoon of almond butter and freeze dried strawberries into each cup.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the almond butter and strawberries to cover them completely.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
