Almond Butter Cups

Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners and melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Add a teaspoon of melted chocolate to each muffin liner and swirl it up the sides, then freeze to set.
- Mix almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl, adding salt if needed, until thickened.
- Remove the pan from the freezer, form the almond butter mixture into discs, and place on the chocolate layer.
- Cover each cup with a teaspoon of melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, store in the fridge and enjoy.
