Almond Butter Cups

The chocolate mixture

The filling

almond butter (or any nut butter)

sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Whisk together melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, and a pinch of salt.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and pour 1-2 tablespoons of the cocoa mixture into each liner.
- Add a small spoonful (2-3 teaspoons) of almond butter into the center of each cup.
- Distribute the remaining chocolate mixture over the almond butter, smoothing the tops if needed.
- Sprinkle a pinch of coarse sea salt on top of each cup.
- Freeze for one hour or until solid.
