Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Chop the vegetables, mozzarella cheese, and sausage into small pieces.
- Heat a cooking pan to medium, add oil, and cook the vegetables with oregano for 8 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to one side and cook the sausage for 7 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Flour a clean countertop and form the pizza dough into a 15-inch circle.
- Place the dough into a springform pan, allowing the edges to hang over.
- Layer the bottom with chopped mozzarella and 8 ounces of Pepper Jack cheese.
- Add the cooked vegetables and a layer of chicken sausage, reserving some sausage for topping.
- Strain the crushed tomatoes and spread them over the pizza, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Top with the remaining Pepper Jack cheese and chicken sausage.
- Fold the dough edges inward and place the springform pan on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 400°F and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
