Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the salsa by combining all salsa ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
- Make the crema by mixing all crema ingredients in a bowl or blender, then refrigerate.
- Rub the fish with a mixture of chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the fish on the grill for 4 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 9 minutes until flaky.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos by adding slaw, fish, salsa, and crema.
