Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and prepare it to be non-stick.
- Pat the cod dry and spray with avocado oil.
- Mix chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl and brush it onto one side of the cod.
- Place the cod on the grill, spice side down, and brush the other side with the remaining spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the cod reaches 140°F.
- Grill the tortillas for about 2 minutes per side until warmed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, mayo, lime, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Assemble the tacos by laying out a tortilla, adding cod, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro, then drizzle sauce on top.
