Ingredients

The Fish

  • 1.5 lbs cod
  • avocado oil spray
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lime juiced

The Sauce

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

The Tortillas and Toppings

  • 7-8 8-inch flour or corn tortillas
  • avocado slices
  • red cabbage shreds
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and prepare it to be non-stick.
  2. Pat the cod dry and spray with avocado oil.
  3. Mix chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl and brush it onto one side of the cod.
  4. Place the cod on the grill, spice side down, and brush the other side with the remaining spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the cod reaches 140°F.
  5. Grill the tortillas for about 2 minutes per side until warmed.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, mayo, lime, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
  7. Assemble the tacos by laying out a tortilla, adding cod, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro, then drizzle sauce on top.
