Instructions
- Season the fish with salt, cumin, and Tajin.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
- Toss the slaw ingredients together and keep cold.
- Cook the fish in a preheated skillet with olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until opaque and charred.
- Char the tortillas over an open flame for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing slaw in each tortilla, topping with fish, and drizzling with sauce. Serve with lime wedges.
