Instructions
- Toast the tortillas in a dry skillet until browned on each side and keep warm.
- Prepare the cumin lime coleslaw by mixing mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions to the dressing and stir to combine, then refrigerate.
- Season the fish fillets with a mix of chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt, then cut into taco-sized pieces.
- Heat half of the cooking oil in a skillet and cook half of the fish until cooked through, then repeat with the remaining fish.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish, avocado, cumin lime slaw, and jalapeño on each tortilla.
