Ingredients

The fish

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • ¼ cup MIRACLE WHIP
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

The slaw

  • 4 pieces radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix

The tortillas

  • 8 pieces corn tortillas

The toppings

  • 1 piece avocado, cut into slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the cod fillets.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of MIRACLE WHIP, then spread over the cod.
  4. Place the cod on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. While the fish is baking, combine radishes, jalapeño, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, and the remaining MIRACLE WHIP in a bowl to make the slaw.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas until hot and slightly charred.
  7. Once the fish is done, flake it with a fork and divide among the warm tortillas.
  8. Top with avocado slices and slaw, and serve with lime wedges.
