Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
- Rinse and pat dry the cod fillets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of MIRACLE WHIP, then spread over the cod.
- Place the cod on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until it flakes easily.
- While the fish is baking, combine radishes, jalapeño, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, and the remaining MIRACLE WHIP in a bowl to make the slaw.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas until hot and slightly charred.
- Once the fish is done, flake it with a fork and divide among the warm tortillas.
- Top with avocado slices and slaw, and serve with lime wedges.
