Instructions
- Whisk together the sour cream, sriracha, lime juice, salt, sugar, and water in a bowl and chill.
- Combine the sliced cabbage, lime juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl to make the slaw.
- Mix the cumin, paprika, cayenne, and remaining salt in a bowl for the spice mix.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice mix and drizzle with olive oil, rubbing it in.
- Cook the fish in a skillet until golden and opaque, about 12 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on warm tortillas, topping with slaw, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
