Instructions
- Marinate the fish in beer and salt.
- Prepare the chipotle sauce by blending all ingredients until smooth.
- Mix the coleslaw with half of the chipotle sauce and lime juice, then set aside.
- Remove fish from the marinade, dry it, and season with taco seasoning and salt.
- Pan-sear or grill the fish until cooked through.
