Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the melted butter.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high and grease it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  6. Once the skillet is hot, pour in the cornbread batter and smooth the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cornbread to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
