Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the melted butter.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high and grease it with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Once the skillet is hot, pour in the cornbread batter and smooth the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cornbread to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
