Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the melted butter and powdered sugar, and whisk until combined.
- Gently stir in the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-27 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
