Ingredients

  • 5 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • cup Besti monk fruit allulose blend
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • cup Unsalted butter (melted; plus more for greasing)
  • cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sweet corn extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, and sea salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, almond milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the sweet corn extract until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the greased skillet and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
