Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, and sea salt.
- Add the melted butter, almond milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the sweet corn extract until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the greased skillet and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
