Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, xanthan gum, and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Add melted butter to the mixture and pulse until crumbly.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Add half of the beaten egg whites to the food processor and pulse briefly until just combined.
- Gently fold the mixture from the food processor into the remaining egg whites until no streaks remain.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown, then tent with foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes until firm.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
