Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until thick and well mixed.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely in the pan before slicing.
