Ingredients

  • 4 cups blanched almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons egg white protein powder
  • teaspoons cream of tartar
  • teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 8 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, pulse together the almond flour, egg white protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool the bread for 2 hours before removing it from the pan.
  7. Slice and serve.
