Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, pulse together the almond flour, egg white protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the bread for 2 hours before removing it from the pan.
- Slice and serve.
