Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a hand mixer until they double in volume.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the beaten eggs.
- Add the melted coconut oil and warm water to the mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 55-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is hard.
- Cool completely before removing from the pan.
