Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x4 inch metal loaf pan.
- Grind the golden flax meal until very fine.
- Measure and mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, measure the egg whites and vinegar, then combine with the dry ingredients.
- Quickly add boiling water to the mixture and mix until just incorporated.
- Shape the dough gently and transfer it to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 80-90 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 205-210°F.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a rack.
