Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x4 inch metal loaf pan with baking spray.
- Grind the golden flax meal to ensure it is very fine.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, golden flax meal, psyllium powder, salt, and baking powder, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the egg whites and vinegar, then add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Quickly add the boiling water to the mixture and mix again until incorporated.
- Shape the dough gently into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 80-90 minutes, checking the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 205-210°F.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
