Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg whites and salt in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
- Gently whisk in the whey protein, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf tin and shape it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the door slightly open for another 30 minutes to cool.
- Remove the bread from the oven, slice, and serve.
