Ingredients

  • 10 large egg whites
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whey protein powder
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the egg whites and salt in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Gently whisk in the whey protein, almond flour, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the loaf tin and shape it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the door slightly open for another 30 minutes to cool.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven, slice, and serve.
