Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract until mixed.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into the lined loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before removing it from the pan and slicing.
