Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar substitute or any sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract until mixed.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Transfer the batter into the lined loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  5. Let the bread cool completely before removing it from the pan and slicing.
