Vegan Banana Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, coconut sugar, almond butter, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
- 3. Stir well to combine until the batter is uniform.
- 4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 6. Let the bread cool completely before lifting it out of the pan using the parchment paper.
- 7. Slice and serve, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
