Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Make the flax egg and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the almond butter, avocado oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, sea salt, and almond milk to the bowl and whisk together.
- Stir in the baking powder, almond meal, gluten-free flour blend, and gluten-free oats until well combined.
- Fold in half of the walnuts and pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, until firm and golden brown.
- Let the bread rest for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
