Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to remove clumps.
- Add the mashed bananas, milk, apple sauce, and vinegar to the dry mixture and stir to form a thick batter.
- If using nuts, fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and add sliced bananas on top if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out dry with crumbs.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
