Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a one pound loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ripe bananas, almond milk, melted coconut oil, date paste, and vanilla extract. Mash and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add this to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped dates and walnuts, then transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 65-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then remove it from the pan and slice to serve.
