Vegan Almond Flour Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until you have a little over 1 cup of mashed banana.
- Add the almond meal, arrowroot starch, coconut sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar last, then pour the batter into the lined pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until the top has risen and feels firm to the touch.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely before cutting.
