Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread tin with parchment paper and cooking oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, almond protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed banana with melted butter or oil, coconut sugar, egg replacement, vanilla, and almond milk. Whisk until mixed.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
