Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the whey protein powder, egg whites, whole eggs, almond butter, and baking powder in a food processor until combined.
- Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Tent the top with foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
