Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whey protein isolate (unsweetened)
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond butter (unsweetened, salted)
  • 2 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the whey protein powder, egg whites, whole eggs, almond butter, and baking powder in a food processor until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  4. Tent the top with foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
