Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cottage cheese and mix until combined, then knead the mixture until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into rounds.
- Place the rounds on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and top with seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
